Privacy policy

This policy explains how ViralNext Media ("ViralNext", "we") handles information when you use our services, including our Instagram automation service that connects to Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Suite and Meta's APIs.
What we collect
- Account information from Meta, only with your permission: your Instagram professional account ID and username, linked Facebook Page ID and name, and access tokens Meta issues to us.
- Content you give us to publish: videos, images, captions and schedules.
- Messages and comments on your connected accounts, only when you turn on DM or comment automation, so we can reply on your behalf.
- Insights such as reach, plays and follower counts, used to build your reports.
- Contact details you send us by email, WhatsApp or forms (name, email, phone, company).
How we use it
- To publish and schedule content on the accounts you connected.
- To reply to messages and comments according to the rules you approved.
- To create performance reports for you (or for your clients, if you are an agency).
- To contact you about the service.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers that host our systems (for example cloud hosting and AI providers that process replies), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Meta platform data
Data we receive through Meta's APIs is used only to provide the features you asked for, in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can remove our access at any time from Meta Business Suite (Settings → Partners) or from your Facebook settings (Business Integrations).
How long we keep it
We keep account data and tokens while the service is active. When you stop the service or remove our access, we delete access tokens immediately and delete stored content, messages and insights within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Security
Tokens are stored encrypted, access is limited to the team members working on your account, and we request only the permissions a feature needs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time. See our data deletion instructions or email hello@viralnext.in.
